Profiting producers, poverty & our planet.

Through regenerative food enterprises.

Growing food enterprises that profit from regeneration.

We develop market assured community incorporated food enterprises, incentivising producers transition to regenerative production.

Rather than feed large corporate supply chains, we grow smallholder and community incorporated food enterprises, distribution value chains and production facilities that empower the very people that impact our planet. We want to help smallholder producers and poor communities profit with new ecological value chains that create a shift towards regenerative, community and smallholder focused food production, supporting the livelihoods of the rural poor while regenerating our planet. Ultimately we want to profit smallholder producers, poor communities and our planet.

Enterprise

To develop profitable food products, processing facilities, and distribution networks.

Shares

To incorporate communities and producers with companion crop production shares ranging from 5-15%.

Return

To recirculate 40% of annual profit back into non-profit operations helping to expand food categories.

Profiting from Companion bi-produce.

For each regenerative model, a companion enterprise is developed in the form of a community processing facility, new product line or assured market chain, turning companion bi-produce into short and long term circular profit.

We basically take the companion crop that helps farmers cash crop flourish and turn it into an end product or service which they profit from. “Companion enterprise” helps farmers and communities profit from their shift to regenerative production. Through companion crop shares, we empower farmers with secured future income and investment in ecologically grown end products.

Growing new value.

We believe the implementation and growth of regenerative agriculture must be circular to sustain future development. By this we mean, the industry must not rely on donations and subsidies. Instead should become independent profitable models, that don’t just benefit existing big corp supply chains, but empower small holders and poor communities to create new ones.

Are we non-profit?

We are non-profit, however we develop for-profit regenerative enterprises to support smallholder farmers, poor communities and ultimately the food security and preservation of our planet.

Developing profitable regenerative agroecosystems is essential to engage investment in the industry to ultimately create a mass shift in understanding, education and implementation. Donations are an integral part of our campaigns that help fund non-profit stages in our business model, such as the set up of pilot sites, community training for farmers and seed sharing programs. As a sustainable model, however we emphasise the importance of investment to help grow our for-profit companion products, processing facilities and other value chain enterprises. We therefore use both profit and non-profit models to achieve success.

Whats a companion crop?

Companion crops are the annual/bi-annual and perennial crops and trees that grow well together as natural pesticides, providing nutrients, shade or mulch to other plants, fixing nitrogen and retaining water. In our model companion crops play at extra role as they incentivise and empower beneficiaries with additional income or corporate shares in end products.
